Crew Digest is a product of Proof AI, LLC (“we,” “us”). These terms govern your use of crewdigest.com, the interactive demo, and the booking and messaging that follow. By using this site, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.
This site describes Crew Digest, lets you try an interactive demo, and lets you book a call with us. It is a marketing and scheduling site. Using it does not create a customer relationship or entitle you to any service.
The demo uses a fictional company and sample data. Every project, name, date, and status in it is invented for illustration. It shows how the interface works — it is not a live product account, it does not connect to your systems, and nothing you do inside it is saved to a real workspace.
The demo is provided for evaluation only. Features shown may change, and nothing in the demo is a commitment that a given feature will exist in the form shown, or at all, in any engagement we may later agree to.
Booking a call creates no obligation on either side. We may reschedule or decline a call at our discretion — for example, if the request is clearly outside what we do. Any actual engagement, including scope, pricing, timelines, and how your data is handled, is governed by a separate written agreement between us, not by these terms.
If you provide your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Crew Digest related to your booking — confirmations, reminders, and demo preparation. Message frequency varies depending on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Please don’t use this site to break the law, submit someone else’s personal information without their permission, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems, interfere with its normal operation, or scrape or copy it for a competing product.
The content of this site — text, design, the demo interface, and the Crew Digest name and branding — belongs to Proof AI, LLC. You may view and share it for the purpose of evaluating our product. You may not reproduce or republish it as your own.
This site and the demo are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we don’t warrant that anything shown in the demo will produce any particular result for your business.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
